I Am A PTSD Warrior

PTSD stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. PTSD has gone by many names. The most common one it used to be called was “shell shock”. There wasn’t much known about PTSD in the days when it was called different things. Now there is more known about it but still not nearly enough. There definitely isn’t enough recognition of the types or symptoms and how they can present differently in individuals.
