Easiest Coziest Chicken and Dumpling Soup



Chicken and dumpling soup:

Ingredients:

2 cartons of chicken broth 

1 bag of frozen white onions 

1 rotisserie chicken 

2 carrots 

1 can of sweet peas 

1 can of Annie’s biscuits 

2 tablespoons of minced garlic 

1 tablespoon each of seasonings:

Cayenne pepper 

Black pepper 

Herbs de Provence 

Tony’s salt (to taste)

Everything but the leftovers 

Garlic power 



Directions: 

Total cook time should be no longer than 20 minutes. 

Bring the chicken broth to a boil then reduce heat to medium 

Separate each biscuit into six pieces 

Roll each biscuit piece into small balls 

Drop every biscuit piece into the hot broth (they will cook a total of 16 minutes)

Season the chicken broth 

Add carrots to the broth 

Shred rotisserie chicken and put into pot 

In the last five minutes add in the peas and onions 

Stir continuously while cooking so biscuits do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
